I completed M.B.B.S from M.P.Shah Medical College at Jamnagar in year 2001. I did M.S. in ophthalmology from P.D.U. Medical college at Rajkot in year 2005. I have also done Sir Ratan Tata Fellowship for Phaco Emulsification from Sankara Nethralaya at Chennai in year 2005. I worked with Dr. Paras Mehta for Fellowship in Cornea at vadodara in year 2006.

I have been Observer in Cornea in L.V. Prasad eye institute at Hyderabad in year 2007. I had been a practicing cornea consultant at Netradeep Eye Hospital (Dr. Sapovadia) and Ashirvad Hospital in Rajkot since last 10 years. I am having a Vast Experience of Performing more than 5000 Laser Refractive surgeries, More than 3000 Cataract surgeries and more than 1000 Cornea Transplants. Academically,

I had been an invited faculty at various conferences and cornea meets. I also got Achievement as a first cornea specialist of Saurashtra & Kutch, for being first in Saurashtra & Kutch to start eye banking & cornea transplantation in private sector, for Getting HOTA (Human Organ Transplant act) registration in private sector by Government of Gujarat, to start collagen cross linking treatment for keratoconus and start lamellar keratoplasty procedures.

I am first in Gujarat to Implant intacs – intra corneal ring segments for the treatment of keratoconus, to perform femtosecond laser assisted keratoplasty for various corneal disorders.
